Short Trip , Long Haul..

after a 3 hours flight , reached KLIA felt a little bit tired but still afreshed ( think about the food ! ) and the business meetings will start tomorrow onwards.

back to H.Kong airport....( felt relieved actually ) the aircraft being prepared before flying to Kuala Lumpur......

not real clouds (it's an indoor shopping mall ) ...was special effected which , if you move / walk , the sky moves but if you stop , it also stops.

Tomoko next to a mime artist...shake him,tickle him....he won't move...and I've got a beautiful idea to make him move , but Tomoko said ' better don't ! ' -hee...hee..he...

The main door to the room where we stayed.Due to the school holidays in HK and China , the hotel is overbooked , (3000 rooms and they are overbooked ! must be kidding ! ) so , they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room , but..it's too big for the 2 of us - anyway it's called the ' Hospitality Suite ' barrier free - specially made for the handicaps.

The structures are really nice and well built.Real Venetians feelings....

The Venetian - for me.....it's like Tokyo Disneyland ! People everywhere ! It really amazed me these people really got money to spend.The rooms here only starts from the Suites categories.

Leaving H.Kong.......

approaching Macau - could see some tall buildings and vast developments everywhere...this is the place where you talk money !

The Macau - Taipa CotaiJet ferry terminal.Full of people and taking the ferry to Taipa instead of Macau Main ferry terminal because this time will be staying at a different hotel.Funny ! I thought we are the only one carrying luggage bags !

Arrived Hong Kong Airport , this time was much better , no more queue at the immigration , being a HKIA card holder you can go in through different channels..but there are some criterias that applies...immediately boarded the train to Central H.Kong to catch the ferry to Macau.This time the stop over is 2 nights in Macau.

passed by a public pool , summer holidays just started , saw some kids swimming and playing in the pool.

Hawaiian Lunch

Today's lunch was somewhere about 10 mins drive from where we stay.The set up was nice and the cookings were excellent.Run by a young couple who are avid surfers , the reasons why they chose such a location - about 45 mins from the sea - but from the restaurant , you can't see the ocean.The place was well decorated Hawaiian styled , cosy , nice and relax atmosphere and you could hear Hawaiian songs playing in the background.I like the place well enough , coz you can't find such a lovely and comfortable place to eat and enjoy yourself in this area where we live.

Dessert that I had , chocolate cake , cake with fresh cream , sherbet and some very nicely cut fruits.It came together with coffee.

As promised here are the final images taken from my garden renovations.Hopefully by next year I"ll be able to renovate the other one on the other side of the house.Could not 'touch' that side yet until next Feb because that side is on the South part of my house and it's not good to 'activate' that area this year.Excerpt from Master Raymond Lo's article :

One thing I like watching the japanese TV show is sometimes they would show the 'before-after' things in the programme for example how does a lady looks like after her cosmetic surgery or how is her body shape after 3 months of vigorous exercise or how does an old house looks like after renovation , so that gave me that ' Beautifool Idea ' again.....

I've Got a beautiful idea............that's my favourite words when I have something up in my mind.And since next week already planning to travel again and most hotels nowadays provide broadband in the room but no wireless.Usually we would hooked up one laptop , and now we would need to use the iPhone and the iPod Touch to check e mails , I've came up to my Beautiful Idea again...this time I'll bring along my wireless router..hopefully all these thing can be connected to the internet at the same time...that's Beautifool Idea isn't it ?? !!

Makan Makan

To all readers , very sorry no updates since last Wednesday.Was not in town before the weekend and on the weekend I try not to get near the PC so that can spend more time with the family members.
Anyway , looking forward for my next trip to H.Kong , Macau and Kuala Lumpur next week.Got some business to do.Will be flying from Kansai., reach H.Kong airport and then will transfer by ferry to Macau.This time will be staying at the Venetian for 2 nights - first time and a bit nervous though....then will transfer back to H.Kong and take a direct flight to Kuala Lumpur.Booked to stay about 6 nights and then fly back to Japan.Work another week , and then off to Ishigaki Island for a short holiday - which seems to be my first since 2006 ! Goodness !! Did I worked that hard ?? !! Anyway , that's my definite schedule for this month and next.

So...did some tidying up bit in my PC hard disk which then I found some of these pictures...

One advantage of me working and travelling is to enjoy and savour the local food - hence , 'makan-makan' which means 'let's eat' in plain English.
